Overlay Cab Rails

Any way Microvellum can add Base cabinet Overlay Rails. We normally have the rails sitting on top of the side gables not in between the gables. Its a basic simple option that was in the older components library that has yet to show up in the foundation library and would save me a lot of headaches.
