panels cutting out wth step in edge
Hey guys - we have just had a new CNC installed and our panels are consistantly coming out with a step in the edge - has anyone encountered his before? I normally cut with a 0.5mm onion skin and take that out on the 2nd pass. We are ramping the lead in and have a lead out. Everyone is at a bit of a loss as to what could be causing it. I am going to run panels with a 0.5mm offset for the rough cut as well now and see if that makes a difference. Code geometry seems to check out fine so I don't think that's an issue.
Anyone seen this before?
Step in edge of panel- not a cupping in edge
