I want to create a parametric circle table for my library. I wrote a parametric route with bulges. When I draw circle in AutoCAD equal to the diameter of my route is off. 

I have 5 points. One for each quadrant, the fifth is back to the starting point. The bulges should all calculate the same but the don't.

Any suggestions?
