Perfect Corners on MDF Doors
Hi everyone,
I am working on producing MDF doors, but my corners are slightly rounded, and I'm looking to get a sharp corner. I am currently using a 45 degree and 60 degree bit. I route the square profile out first, then I add a route line from the inside corner of my panel, and ramp it up to the outside corner of the panel. I tried to ramp it up the exact amount needed, and I also tried to ramp it higher than the material to get the sharp corner, but nothing I do seems to work. Has anyone had this problem? Thanks in advance for the input!
