When combining several projects together the doors get placed on top of each other. I think this has to do with the grain identifier number which uses the item number as a unique code. Once there are several projects selected, the item code is now being used across several products. One idea that I have is being able to add the project name in the Grain Identifier prompt or perhaps a unique MV project code.
