There are many times I've wished for parts to get machined for pilot holes that don't match the properties of the 'Screw' construction, where we usually use confirmat screws (8mm face drilling and 5mm edge bore).  Could we possibly get a new Pilot Hole Only construction method added which could have a different face drill diameter than Screw construction and no edge boring?  Full applied backs, die wall parts, toe kick base parts and similar products are some places i can think of where this could be used.   Does anyone else think this is an idea worth having?
