Pline option (parameter 4) defaults

When i draw a PLINE in the 2D Part Editor, the default set of options in Parameter 4 comes out at 3;0;0;0;0

I have to manually change this to 0;0;0;0;0 if i am using a shaped tool so my model appears correct.

Is there a setting somewhere, or a way to get it to default to 0;0;0;0;0
