Does anyone how the Pocket Penetrating Cutouts Setting should be set?  I have mine set at 12. This might be a change in the 21.1.420.641 build as I know I had a in depth service request to make this function how i wanted it. Now my round cutouts up to 14" are spiral cutting the cutout instead of just perimeter cutting.

My in depth support ticket was in the Zendesk support forum which they apparently took away from us.  I referenced my old tickets quite often when similar issues occurred.   They tell me that the Zendesk support tickets can not be imported into the Microvellum Knowledge Network forum.  This is very disappointing.
