Pocket Route Lead In / Tool Compensation Issue

Hello,
I recently made a created a 900 multi pass tool using my default router (1/2" DIA). My intention is to cut 1 3/16" material in 2 passes.

I made a 1 3/16" Top and used the multi-pass tool to cut pockets/squares into it for trash bins that would be sitting in cabinets underneath the top. When it started cutting the pocket it did not compensate right of the line like it displays in the composite dwg.

Attached image displaying the pocket route in the part and a clip of the composite dwg.

Any help would be great, Thanks.
