Hi,

One of my drafters ever since we moved to a new building has been having the MVTB Login screen appear when she tries to print anything.  Has anyone experienced something similar?  I'm thinking it might be a full reinstall problem but just wanted to check.  Here below is a screen shot of what it looks like after she tries to print.  If she clicks close, x, or anything other than enter her password MV crashes.  Nothing will print until she also enters her password.
