Problem importing a work order

I am having a hard time importing a work order that was accidentally exported / archived before being cut. I moved the exported folder to a local folder on my computer, select the "MicrovellumExport.sdf" file to import, but get several errors and am unsuccessful.




I get the following errors






Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.
