I hate make a post like this, but this problem is too bad for us to let go of. I have loved Microvellum and what it has accomplished. But this problem is costing us lots of time in the office.

Is anybody else running into issues with the processing center just taking forever? We used to do batches of 150 products with no problems, but now it's like 20-30min or even never finishing to process a batch that size. I have to constantly clear out our network folders because it seems related to the number of files in our network locations. This was not an issue until we upgraded to BSB, which leads me to believe something has changed with MV. When I submitted a support request they said just post everything to local folders (Instead of the Network) but the hassle of moving files around everytime we want to process a job seems a little too much.

It would make sense to me that Microvellum should be able to do what we are asking for. So i'm here to find out if others are having the same struggles. Is it our network? We haven't changed anything so I dont know how it could be. Or is your Processing center also slowed down?
