Looking for people that use this processing system for their facility. Possibly in the Philadelphia, PA area? But anyone that used these two programs together is welcome to respond.

We have this system in use at our facility, but have minor glitches and questions at times and would be helpful to have a couple of people that use this method that I'd be able to possibly ask questions to and maybe get answers from since they are using the same setup everyday.
