I am trying to figure out how to change what is printed on our "Work Order Summary" report in the product comments field. Originally when we started with Microvellum we requested that the comment field contain text indicating which ends of the cabinet were finished so that it was easy to do an item by item review before processing a release.

Microvellum had us add a row in the product prompts of each product :

Defined Name:ProductComments

Value: =IF(AND(Left_Fin_End=1,Right_Fin_End=1),"Finished L/R",IF(Left_Fin_End=1,"Finished L","") & IF(Right_Fin_End=1,"Finished R",""))

What I am trying to figure out is if there is a way to keep this in place but allow the user to override the comment when necessary. Right now anything that is typed in the comments window, either through product prompts or product list does not stick. Deleting the "ProductComments" row from the product prompts works but I would like to keep that in place if possible.
