Product not coming out in Product detail report

Hi All

I have a product that when I process it ,the Image does not come out on the product detail report.

I did it once, but can't figure it out now.

I know it has something to do with defining a "prompt" in the spreadsheet. I looked through the knowledge base but I cant seem to find it.

Can some one point me in the right direction please.
