"Product Prompts is already open on a product"

Upon clicking Product Prompts and then a product, I'm getting this pop-up:
I assure you - there are no other Product Prompts menus open. Sure, I can click 'Do Not Show Again', but I'd rather not have multiple prompt windows open and receive a warning if that has occurred.
