Product Starter NOT Getting Associated Sub Assembly Machining?

.... couldn't figure out how and when this happens sometimes .... has anyone notice this?

Ok ... I finally can reproduce the steps to make this happen. So hear me out.

Product Starter Horz - (3) Bays - Drawer Bank, Door and Drawer Bank (Nothing fancy)

Machining on ENDS for the drawer sub assemblies.

Change material spec group THICKNESS and PROCESS the ITEM/ROOM

It results in MISSING the associative machining for the sub assemblies on usually the RIGHT SIDE. And if you have a LEFT FE or RIGHT FE it also occurs (Sometimes both ends..)

If you go into that ROOM and REBUILD / REDRAW the product ... it looks no different in CAD and appears the same ... and then process again, AFTER the THICKNESS update, it PROCESSES correctly and ALL the machining is present.

This SEEMS to happen just on STARTERS? Not sure ... just trying to narrow down when, why and how before submitting a helpdesk ticket. So I can explain the issue...

Has anyone noted this and is there a reason why? We should not have to REBUILD / REDRAW all the PRODUCTS upon a THICKNESS update to the SPEC group(s) - We do this all the time. But why on STARTERS does it FAIL sometimes, and usually on the right end only?? Or do we have to go into EACH room and rebuild/redraw EACH product upon a thickness change to spec group?

Thoughts? Insight? What are we doing wrong?
