It takes a little work, but if you constantly find yourself updating text or manually entering project information like product specs, this could be a way to help automate your process. Reference a block with defined attributes that are being populated by the project and/or room properties to autofill text fields. Using the data in the Project Wizard and Global Variables is a great way to avoid discrepancies in your shop drawings that inevitably hold up the approval process or cause confusion during production.
