Q: How are feature requests prioritised?

Just a question around how feature requests are actually prioritised now.

Is it mostly based on likes and engagement, or is production impact weighed separately?

I ask because writing a proper forum post takes a fair bit more time than submitting a ticket used to. If likes play a big role, it can start to feel like requests need to be marketed to get attention.

Some workflow improvements that could benefit from a new feature might not attract a lot of discussion but still impact production regularly.

It can also create a situation where posts need to be bumped to stay visible, which isn’t ideal if the request itself is still relevant.

Just trying to understand how the system works so we know how best to raise ideas going forward.
