Radius corner at an angle with SMA??

Radius corner at an angle with SMA??

Here is a part I am trying to accomplish with Solid Model Analyzer. It is a radius filler corner on the end of a seating area.  The front of the seating area has an angle on it. As it comes to the end it is radiused but yet fallows the angle on the front of the cabinet but is straight up and down on the end as it wraps around to the back side of the cabinet.
This material is 5/16" bending stock. When I analyze it, it creates a 3d block of the part but does not allow me to pick a material and there is no machining assigned to the part.
I once saw a video on SMA creating a flat part for these bent cabinet parts but not finding it now.
Has anyone ever machined a wrap around part like this before?

I will say it took me some time just to get the part drawn in AutoCAD.  I used the loft command and then subtracted another lofted solid to get my 5/16" thickness bending stock.  I've never drawn a cabinet like this before.
