radius corner on removable panels

Idk if this is different in the newer library but when i want a removable panel cutout of the thick back of a cabinet, the corners are radius'd, so the removable panel needs to also have a radius. In CCL, I can't figure out a good way to make the corners machined at the same time the part is cut out. Currently with the radius machine token it is just machining the corners separately. It is entirely possible the route will become integral once I run the work order and nest it, however in 2D part editor there is no way to really see if that happens.  Now I know I can do that manually in the nest but that would take forever. I suppose I could edit the part shape but then I can't copy the token to clipboard for other products down the road. I suppose I could also machine a secondary polyline token of sorts. All this I still question because the 2D part editor does not show the final part as it would be in the nest (i assume). Is this a feature in newer builds? If not, I'd like it on the list for improvements. Somebody new using MV would think oh, its going to machine each corner individually and that could potentially move the part when its on the machine depending on the part size and vacuum.
