Ramping in Tool

How do I add an entry ramp to a toolpath? I route large pockets into faux-shaker doors with a surfacing cutter. The cutter cannot plunge because the inserts are out along the edge of the tool. Can anyone help me add a gentle ramp to the D workbook?
