Re-opening solved tickets

Does anyone know how to reopen a ticked that was solved, but the problem reoccurred? I can't seem to figure out how to do it on this new support site. I asked a MV agent over the phone but he wasn't sure either. I knew how to do it on the old site. Replying to it doesn't seem to do anything, the status remains "solved" and I'm not sure if anyone is seeing the replies.
