Re-sharpen CNC tools

Hi There,

Just want to know what you guys take on having someone else sharpen your old CNC router bits and reuse them. Does it worth it? We are a shop with four CNC machines and we order lots of bits. Management seems doesn't really care but those new bits are pricey to me!
