Received a Stripe email? Here's what it means

If you recently received an email from Stripe with a subject of "Confirmation of direct debit authorization for Iron Logix Microvellum LLC", it's legitimate, and no, it does not mean you're about to be charged.

Here's what's happening: INNERGY is migrating the Microvellum billing platform to a new system, and as part of that move we're switching payment processors to Stripe. Stripe sent an authorization confirmation to every customer with payment information on file.

A few things to know:

  1. This is not a debit notice. It's a one-time authorization so future invoices can be processed the same way they are today.
  2. Nothing about your billing changes. Your pricing and payment terms stay exactly the same. Only the processor behind the scenes is different.
  3. No action needed. The email is a confirmation, not a request. There's nothing to click, sign, or complete.

How to confirm it's real: Don't judge a payment email by what's inside it, verify through a channel you control. Email us at [email protected], or log into your account directly, and we'll confirm. As a supporting signal, the legitimate request references Iron Logix Microvellum LLC as the merchant. If anything feels off, that skepticism is the right reflex, so check with us before you click.

Unexpected payment emails raise red flags, and honestly, that instinct is worth trusting. We're here to support our RAVING FANS and we'll answer any questions you have.
