Remote work orders

Currently we use a server that I log into Microvellum remotely via the Windows app and it works pretty seamlessly, however because it is a virtual desktop environment located on the cloud server, Microvellum runs off the server. So whenever I run a work order, I have to copy the files onto our One Drive so the cnc operator can view it and run it. Is there a way to set this up that would eliminate this step? Every time I edit a work order I have to copy it which can become quite time consuming if you forget to copy or have multiple things to change. Currently we are not using server work order creation. Not entirely sure how that works with an Azure cloud server or if MV production can be set up with this? I assume there is some cloud computing costs associated.
