Remove Construction Holes when Drawing Sections

Is there a way to remove the construction holes in a 2D section without choosing the option of drawing it only with minimal machining and shelf holes? I'd like to keep the 3d drawing that I base everything off of with Full Machining but I can't figure out how to have the best of both worlds.
