What are people doing for rendering options with the move to BSB. BSB is a major downgrade for rendering and its a really hard janky system to get onboard with, made harder that its not me doing it mainly and therefore i haven't learnt the full ins and outs so cant teach it either. We have essentially been producing in BSB and rendering in OEM.  However OEM, i forgot how slow and awful to run OEM was, and every time ive run it, its crashed on me this week, every time. So what FREE or cheap solutions are people doing. We need to be able to use the DWG file, have little setup so maybe we can have it use the original layers to select a generic colour pallet based on them, until a client request specific to colour comes in. 

Attached is what we get now from OEM and we are happy overall with it, no where near perfect, but a heck of a lot better than some of the systems out there and its get the message across. Just cant get this close with BSB.
