We use the ''mortise and tenon'' option to build our boxes. Unfortunately, when the 3/8 down spiral has to make the tongue on the board surface, it makes a burned mark, leaving a bad finish where the bit plunges into the part.

If you can develop an option to add a Lead In/Lead Out or Ramp In/Ramp Out or Start and Finish from the outside of the part should improve the overall finish of the cabinets.
