I have a new user that is currently in training. The first project, the new user accidentally deleted Library Specification Groups. 

I have an overall microvellum backup for our entire library/projects but it is 2 weeks old. Trying to avoid losing the 2 weeks worth of work in the meantime. 

Is there a way to just swap out the library specification groups from an overall backup?
