Round Peg in a square hole
Ive just added some machining to a piece, and made a router cutter for some fluted work, my brother has just made a good point though that the flutes aren't being machined as if it was real life with a rounded end, they are a square end still. I'm assuming because the router bit is a flat 2d profile not a full 3d round like the cutter would be. Any suggestions? This is an issue as we either have to charge to square them off manually, or risk the client saying "oh its not as shown" to which yes we do get that issue now matter how minor it is. The brits and our customers are very fussy shall we say.
