Router throwing Step Height Issues with our Vee Cutter Bit
I built a coat shelf rack product and have been working on learning more about machining miters in. I have it setup but its giving a step height flag every time. All the other bits we can set it to the material depth +.004 to cut through and no issues. When i do the same for the vcut routes its flagging issues.
We use a Vee Cutter 90DEG T1240
The error message is saying "Vertical Step of the machining operation (19.9120) is greater then the max vertical step height allowed (10.0)
So it makes sense that the 19.912 is roughly our .784 So I could change my end depth to half and to test, but seeing if anyone might know. Or if this is going to be a ticket issue haha.
Just processed this through our Weeke to just check and it had 0 issues with the depth. So I dont know if our toolfile for the vcut bit isnt talking correctly to the Biesse.
