Save Subassembly Error - Resolve Prompt Conflicts

Hi,

I found a new error today.  One of my prompts is causing multiple rows of Resolve Subassembly Prompts to appear:





When I click Okay, I get that error, I click Continue and things start acting normal.  The subassembly saves to library.  I just get this new error that keeps appearing when I want to continue with an update.

Anyone seen this before, something I have to open a ticket about?
