Scrap Management Setup

Hi Gang 

So we've all got the scrap management feature now. What is everyone's values for minimum area etc. what has worked well for you? Do you destroy offal? 

How have you implemented using scrap from inventory effectively? 

I can't imagine our factory being this organised when it comes to storing and keeping track of it all, any ideas?
