Scrap Parts should not increase yield.
I have noted a few times where the program decided to use a 5x12 instead of a 4x8 when all the parts on the 5x12 would have fit on a single 4x8. This is caused by the fact that scrap parts are considered as if they increase the yield of the sheet. Therefore, depending on your exact scrap settings and the parts being nested you might wind up using a larger more expensive sheet than absolutely necessary. Yes scrap does often get used to remake parts or for other things as well but i would rather not use a larger sheet of material than absolutely necessary.
Here is an example of what i am talking about... it thinks that the 5x12 sheet has a yield of over 90% and that the 4x8 only has a yield of 51%
Circumstances vary, sometimes it might be a life saver to have extra large scrap while other times it will just be a waste of money. I just think at a minimum there should be an option for scrap to not be included in the sheet yield.
Right now i fix the problem by first nesting it and seeing how many 5x12 it need then i go and limit the number of 5x12 forcing it to use 4x8 for the last sheet...Its frustrating to nest it twice though.
