SETTING UP A DRILL IN THE TOOLFILE

hopefully someone can help. i need to set up a drill in a router collet so it can straight plunge for random holes. the drill head contains the max bit sizes and this particular bit is not recommended for that head. so my question is ... how to get the router to plunge a hole without any lead-in lead-out?
