In the foundation library with added office expansion

We sometimes have some products such as bookcases where we want continuous shelf holes starting at the same distance from the bottom of the panel. In the past I thought i had it working but maybe not or an update had changed things. 

I had the following =IF(Height<450,Shelf_1_Z,350) for the shelf height but have found that for different height bookcases the shelf holes start at different distances from the bottom. 

Any idea's on how to get shelf holes starting at 350mm from the bottom of the panel for continuous holes with changing bookcase heights and number of shelves changing
