Anyone use shelf pin sockets in their cabinets?

I have a client that is insistent on them. I have no problem changing the size of the boring to the socket but what I need is a count of the sockets to order. Right now I only get a count of the pins (4 per shelf) but every hole will require a socket. Could I get a count of the linebores and use that?
