Show/Change Current Specification Group on Toolbox Menu

I'd like to know the current spec group, and/or be able to change it on the fly.  Is it possible to add something like this to the Toolbox toolbar?
I think it would be especially helpful when using SMA.  Our formula materials depend on the spec group being correct.
