SMA - Part with Dados and Cutous

I am using Toolbox BSB, but this issue happens in Toolbox OEM as well.

The Solid Model Analyzer does not handle parts that have both dados and cutouts. SMA does not create the correct machining for the dados and/or it skips the cutout. Has anyone else run into this issue?
