If SMA finds a route smaller than the diameter of the default SMA router in the toolfile it just tells you it can't find a suitable tool and drops creating those tokens for you.  Would be nice if it prompted you and you could select another router in your toolfile or already have a secondary assigned smaller tool for SMA to use when it finds smaller routes etc.
