Small Part Labelling

We are currently using a 3"x4" size label on our nesting machine with auto labeler. We have some small parts like nailers and drawer box backs that are too small for the label and we're getting errors on the machine controller. 

Without going to a smaller label, is there a way to turn off labelling of small parts only?
