Does anyone know how to Save a "Custom Color" in Smart Layer Mgr? 

We set all like parts, ext. fin. panels, interior framing and sub panels, e.g., to matching colors. Ideally we'd set the extruded part layers to match the 30 and 40 series colors set in the MV Library fixtures. Unfortunately "Smart Layer" doesn't use the standard Toolbox/ACAD color interface. I can't type in 41 or 34 for the color. I can try to duplicate it as a Custom Color but that feature seems fairly useless. Every color placed in the Custom boxes is never available once that material color is set and closed.  Am I missing some command in the interface to tag the new Custom Color? 

Currently if I want the extruded products to match the Library products I remap all the MV_ layer colors in ACAD Layer Properties once the products are built. I think the parts in the model are easier to see set to our typical colors. We rarely print these sheets but if we do I'd like the lines defined by the current CTB plotstyles.
