I have product that is essentially a rectangular part..  My process was 3d extruded solid from ACAD... solid model analyzer...  the microvellum product that is created - the part width is actuallly wider than the product width.  when nested the part is rotated diagonally so where you would get 10 parts on a sheet you only get 5...    

 

any thoughts?
