Solid Model Analyzer - Parts Orientation

When I use Solid Model Analyzer to create a Microvellum Product from a 3D solid using Solid Modeling Tools, some vertical parts are created like it was horizontal part. The assigned material has no grain. Also, the part is drawn vertically. How do you ensure a part will be oriented correctly?
