When using the Solid Model Analyzer (SMA) to make a part that has a 1/4" rebate for a scribe, I get an error saying that there is not a SMA router tool with the correct diameter to machine that rebate. Microvellum seems want the router tool diameter to be less than the rebate width. I do not understand this error. Any diameter router tool can be used to machine a rebate along an outer edge. It seems to be treating rebates the same as dados.

Has anyone else experience this? Am I doing something wrong?
