I've been setting up, learning, and messing around with the solid modeling tools. Basic desks or benches I can build, but our shop tends to build very unique reception desks with weird angles and non typical design choices. I was wondering how robust solid modeling can get? Does anyone have files of crazy desk builds, or solutions/shortcuts to make these architects dream a reality?
Our shop usually draws in 2D, CNCs a few crazy parts, and let our special builders fill in the blanks. However, we want to try to make their job easier and my job quicker. Any pictures, ideas, or resources would be appreciated.
