I have recently imported a library from one of our clients and for some reason, the spec groups are not working properly.  In "Library Specifications Group", I get:

As you can see, there is no Project Wizard or door wizard.

I do have a project from the client as well and that seems fine.  I tried saving the spec group from the project back to the library with no luck.  It says that it already exists.  When I rename the project spec group and save it back, it will save, but does not appear in the library specifications.

Any idea what I might be missing?  This is an older Library (2015 R2 Imperial Version 041.0) running on OEM 2022.  Perhaps a compatibility issue?  I have tried importing several times with no lick.
