Standard page layout for ribbon

Hi All,

I have been using the standard MV lay out for the ribbon for years, but through a tech issue it has now gone.

I can get it back to a standard AUTO CAD set up but not the original MV ribbon. I am sure someone knows if they can share I would appreciate it.
