I am looking for any companies that need either full time or 1099 help with either Autocad submittal drawings or full on Microvellum production work. I would prefer to work with someone who:

A) answers their voicemails and emails in a timely fashion, sets schedules and timelines, and values employee time
B) knows how to communicate effectively

C) has robust processes and procedures in place and written down for the engineering department OR has flexibility and is open to improving the drawing processes

D) follows AWI standards and is aligned with other millwork shops to be competitive in the space 

E) understands that design drawings are not the same as millwork shop drawings

F) does not rush the submittal process just to get a project approved and understands the importance of engineering details at the start
